Abstract: University laboratory carries out the heavy tasks of teaching and scientific research and it is also an important platform of experiment teaching, large precision instrument is one of the most important parts of university laboratory. The repair and maintenance of large precision instrument will greatly affect the normal use of instrument and the success of the school teaching and research activities. Therefore, repair and maintenance of large precision instrument is an important task in the university laboratory. For university laboratory, the first problem to be solved in device maintenance is how to reduce the time and the cost. In this paper, we use the outsourcing services to solve the problem in large precision instrument maintenance and repair, which has an important practical significance and worthy to be discussed.
