采用PCNN对马赛克进行检测

  • 摘要: 质量监管技术作为交互式网络电视、手机电视监管技术的一个重要部分,在一定程度上决定着人们观看视频的质量。质量监管是从业务质量的层面对传输质量、质量内容和用户体验质量等进行监管。文中针对节目内容监管中的马赛克检测做相应的研究。考虑到马赛克的错误区域和其邻域存在不光滑的界面,故马赛克的检测采用脉冲耦合神经网络的灰度图像边缘检测进行。仿真的结果表明,提取出的图像有很清晰的矩形框或方格状,与其他部位明显不同。

     

    Abstract: Quality Supervision Technology is an important part of IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) and Mobile TV Supervision Technology, it decides the quality which people watch video to some degree. Quality Supervision supervises the quality of transmission and content of quality and quality of users'experience from the level of business quality. This paper does relevant research based on mosaic detection of content supervision. Considering mosaic's the error area and its neighborhood exists not smooth interface, so the detection of mosaic supervises information by the gray image edge of pause coupling neural network. It may extract a very clear rectangle or square shape which is obvious different from other parts by the result of simulation.
