Abstract: The emergence of cloud computing is great significance for us to establish a unified, open and flexible educational information platform. This paper discusses the feasibility and advantages of Cloud Computing Assisted Instruction Platform, and then proposes the platform design. At last, we put forward specific learning instructional processes. Teaching application shows the instructional design does not only enhance learner communication and collaborative skills, but also promote learner learning effectively. The results show that it can improve the quality of education.
