Abstract: With knowledge economy and information age, requirements for personnel training are more and more high. Experiment is the source of knowledge and the important power to promote social progress and development of science and technology. Experimental teaching is an important teaching link in the cultivation of innovative talents, with theoretical teaching incomparable role. Through analyzing the necessity of the reform of the experiment teaching role in the talents cultivation, experiment teaching method as well as the domestic experimental teaching reform practice and enlightenment, we provide a reference for the reform and innovation of experimental teaching method, cultivating innovative talents.
