Abstract: In order to explore comprehensive experiment design to plant experiment teaching, response to demand for comprehensive talents of high quality in the 21st century, we set up the experiment“effects of exogenous nitric oxide in wheat seedlings under NaCl stress”. Novel experiment stimulates the enthusiasm of the students, exert students‘ subjective initiative, effectively improve the quality of experimental teaching.
