Abstract: In combination with characteristics of four aspects, one can solve the engineering and scientific and research problems and improve comprehensive experiment of metallurgy. The four aspects are as follows: cultivation target, vocational characteristic, the talents demand for local resource, and student employment distribution. By carrying out four in one, we improve the training enthusiasm and activity, and train and enhance the comprehensive application ability, independently solving engineering problem and scientific and technical innovation.
