Connotation Construction of Experiment Teaching Center of Energy and Power

  • 摘要: 哈尔滨工程大学动力与能源工程学院从实验教学体系建设、实验教学方法建设、师资队伍建设等方面开展实验室内涵建设。在培养实验目标注重素质、实验内容注重综合、创新教育注重个性的实验教学理念引导下,建立专业素质培养、科技创新实践、校企联合拓展的层次化实验教学平台;形成教学与科研相结合,虚拟与现实相结合的实验教学新方法;实验室内涵建设在创新型人才培养方面取得了较好的效果,有利于实验室建设的长期可持续发展。

     

    Abstract: The exploration and practice of laboratory connotation construction are performed from the construction of teaching system, teaching method and teachers. Teaching philosophy is condensed of training objectives emphasizing the quality, experimental content focusing on integration and innovative education concerning personality. The hierarchical experimental teaching system is established from professional quality training platform to scientific innovation platform and colleges and enterprises development platform. Experimental teaching methods have been refined of teaching combining with research versus virtual connecting reality. Good results were achieved in innovative personnel training with laboratory connotation construction, and it is conducive to long-term sustainable development of laboratory.
