Abstract:
The exploration and practice of laboratory connotation construction are performed from the construction of teaching system, teaching method and teachers. Teaching philosophy is condensed of training objectives emphasizing the quality, experimental content focusing on integration and innovative education concerning personality. The hierarchical experimental teaching system is established from professional quality training platform to scientific innovation platform and colleges and enterprises development platform. Experimental teaching methods have been refined of teaching combining with research versus virtual connecting reality. Good results were achieved in innovative personnel training with laboratory connotation construction, and it is conducive to long-term sustainable development of laboratory.
