Abstract: To construct a demonstrational polytechnic college, higher requirements are needed on the management of training base while building its hardware rapidly. To establish standardized management and smooth running of practical teaching bases, efforts to create a good environment for the management and the construction of practice training bases, and on the basis of the implementation of science and innovation of management mode, is the key of develop technology of skilled professionals by social and economic development needs, while to ensure the quality of higher vocational talents training has important practical significance. The existing problems on campus training base management in polytechnic colleges are analyzed in this paper, and new management ideas are proposed from the aspects of management system, management method, management mode, and training of management team, etc.
