高校教学实验室学生助理的管理与培养

Management and Training of Assistant in College Teaching Laboratory

摘要: 高校实验教学是重要的实践性教学环节,而实验技术人员队伍是实验教学的有力支撑。高校扩招后,出现实验技术人员不足的现象。因此,高校将大学生助管安排在实验室参与部分实验辅助工作。为了更好地为实验教学服务,高校需要规范学生助理管理,完善学生助理制度,培养基本素质高、工作技能强、团结协作的实验室学生助理队伍。

Abstract: Experimental teaching is an important practical teaching link, and the laboratory technical team is strong support for experiment teaching. But after enrollment, many universities have the shortage of laboratory technicians.In order to serve for the experiment teaching,University should regulate management of student assistants, perfect student assistant system,and cultivate a high quality, work skills, solidarity and cooperation of the laboratory assistant
