Abstract: This paper focused on management issues of plant tissue culture laboratory concerning about consolidation of laboratory regulation, construction of teachers team, and administration of public laboratory,etc, with discussion and proposals. We hope to improve and perfect the management of plant tissue culture laboratory in Vocational Colleges, and make full use of it as a advanced platform for education and scientific research tasks during cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.
