Abstract: The Reynolds experiment device in our school was improved based on the experiment teaching in introduction to chemical engineering for improvement of the teaching effect. Moreover, corresponding computer-aided simulation software was developed. The improved device and the simulation software were used to test their teaching efficiency and it was found that their application has strengthened the students‘ training in experimental skills and improved their quality.
