Application of Visualized Modal Testing Experiment for Practical Training Course

  • 摘要: 文中提出了一套振动模态分析的理论与实验平台体系。通过理论与实践的紧密结合,实现学生对振动模态分析的充分理解。利用电振动台对三角形铝板在固有频率下进行激励,通过实验用颗粒物(如大米、细沙等)可视化地表现结构在固有频率下激励的模态变化过程。该实验体系与传统的模态分析实验相比,具有实验过程简洁,实验结果明了,理论紧密结合实际的特点。经过实验教学的考验,实践证明为一套行之有效的振动模态教学课程体系。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a practical training course system for modal analysis. Through this course, students could obtain both theoretical and practical studies for modal analysis. An experimental test rig to excite triangle plates is established. By using particles (such as rice or sand), the actual modal shapes of the triangle plates could be visualized. Compared with traditional modal testing practical course, the proposed course system is simple, straightforward and theory enriched. The actual implementation of this practical training course shows the effectiveness of the method to modal analysis education.
