Abstract: The adjustment of spectrometer is the key and difficult point in a series of spectrometer experiments. In view of the operation parts where the students usually confused, the adjusting principle is given detailedly. Then the spectral characteristic of diffraction grating is analyzed and the corresponding uncertainty is given.
