Abstract:
The opening experimental teaching has an important role in a college student's basic skill training, practical ability, innovation ability training, and theoretical knowledge expanding. The management model of opening experimental teaching of Southwest Petroleum University has been introduced. The subjective consciousnesses of college students participated in opening experimental teaching in recent ten years have been analyzed, which were divided into four types in accordance with their intention: for training comprehensive quality and ability of themselves, for improving their synthesis evaluation, for obtaining a practical experience, and just out of curiosity to new things. Then their corresponding management and guidance methods also have been discussed. Through many years of teaching practice and reform, it has been renowned for its outstanding achievements in developing the students'practical ability, communicated ability, innovation ability, scientific exploration, team work spirit, etc.
