开放实验教学中大学生的主观意识与对应指导

Subjective Consciousnesses of College Students Participated in Opening Experimental Teaching and the Corresponding Guiding Principles

  • 摘要: 课外开放实验是大学生基本技能训练、实践动手能力培养、创新能力培养、理论知识拓展的重要环节。介绍了西南石油大学开放实验项目的管理模式,分析近十年参加开放实验项目学生的主要动机,将其分为四种类型:为锻炼自身综合素质与能力、为提高综合成绩、为获得课外实践经历、出于对新鲜事物的好奇,并详细探讨各种类型学生的主观意识。同时,针对不同类型学生提出相应的管理与指导方法。经过数年的教学实践改革,在培养大学生动手能力、交流沟通能力、创新能力、科学探索及团队协作精神等方面取得了卓越的成效。

     

    Abstract: The opening experimental teaching has an important role in a college student's basic skill training, practical ability, innovation ability training, and theoretical knowledge expanding. The management model of opening experimental teaching of Southwest Petroleum University has been introduced. The subjective consciousnesses of college students participated in opening experimental teaching in recent ten years have been analyzed, which were divided into four types in accordance with their intention: for training comprehensive quality and ability of themselves, for improving their synthesis evaluation, for obtaining a practical experience, and just out of curiosity to new things. Then their corresponding management and guidance methods also have been discussed. Through many years of teaching practice and reform, it has been renowned for its outstanding achievements in developing the students'practical ability, communicated ability, innovation ability, scientific exploration, team work spirit, etc.
