Abstract: The objective of implementing “Plan for Outstanding Engineers” is to cultivate innovative and all kinds of high quality engineers for the society. Electronic Process Practice Curriculum is a basic course of manufacturability and practices technology. It is the important content of basic quality education. Taking the implementation of “Plan for Outstanding Engineers’’ as the context, this paper introduces the development of the course in SCUT, including content of the curriculum, it's platform construction, teaching staff construction and the management system, etc.
