Abstract: This paper, based on the grain and oil technology in experiment teaching content, teaching forms, teaching progress and teaching appraisal and so on, has carried on the exploration and practice. Through the practice teaching of grain and oil technology research individuation, one established a series of experiment item on design innovation. We adjusted and extended experiment content relevance and process to ensure the operation of time and space full. We also took score structure and set up comprehensive experiment teaching evaluation system. Through a series measures, we cultivate and enhance students’ specialized field research and innovation practice ability in autonomous learning, effort study, and the unity cooperation.
