研究生助教在实验教学中的实践与思考
Practice and Reflections on Graduate Teaching Assistant in Experimental Curriculum

摘要: 微生物实验课是综合性大学生命科学学院面向各个专业的重要基础实验课程,在有限课时数和师资力量条件下,如何在开放的教学模式中进一步提升教学质量成为一个难题。多年的实践与探索表明,研究生承担本科微生物实验课程的助教工作,作为本科生与教师之间的桥梁,不但可以缓解教学压力,提高教学质量,而且提升了研究生自身的综合能力。同时,研究生助教工作及相关教学改革中所存在的不足还有待进一步思考与改善。Abstract: Microbiology experimental curriculum is an important fundamental course for every professional student in comprehensive universities of life sciences. It has been a challenge to further improve the teaching quality under the open teaching mode while the time and teachers are limited. Years of practice and exploration showed that, as the bridge of teachers and students, graduates who undertook the assistant work could not only alleviate the pressure of teaching, but also promote the quality of teaching. Moreover, it was beneficial to help graduates enhance their comprehensive abilities. At the same time, the existing problems of the teaching assistant work and related teaching reform remain to be further thinking and improved.
