Abstract: Innovation is a power which creates development and progress of a country, the cultivation of innovative talents are related to the innovation of a country. Opinions are put forward for the talent training state, the existence question, training mode, and building cultivated system is proposed which based on the multiple platforms for students’ innovation practice ability, it promote the students’ professional moral quality, professional ability, innovation ability, research ability and innovation spirit.
