建构主义理念指导下的审讯学教学模式改革

摘要: 传统的审讯学教学模式以教师为中心,忽视学习者的学习的主体地位,注重知识的线性传递和外部的强行灌输,严重制约着审讯教学的效果。以建构主义教学思想为指导的审讯学教学模式,在对学习者认识发展规律研究的基础上,通过科学的教学情境设计,真实复杂任务的选择、学习共同体的建立,问题的发现与探究,激发学习者的学习动机,使其在对问题的解决过程中,主动实现对审讯能力的有效构建。Abstract: The traditional investigation teaching pattern concerns the one-side knowledge pass and teacher-oriented teaching without the actively multi-participant of students, which restricted the teaching effectiveness heavily. The constructivism investigation teaching would minimize this gap and provoke students’ enthusiasm to devote into study by scientific design of criminal situation, rational choice of complicated tasks and construction of study union, directing the students to fulfill skills like analysis and finding questions.
