Abstract: With the development in higher education, universities have attained great development as an important base for the cultivation of socialist modernization construction technology professionals. But their experimental teaching security managements also exist in many problems, such as the security system is fall behind and the emergency mechanism is not perfect. In this paper, the functions and values of experimental teaching security managements were analyzed and discussed, in order to provide reference for improving it.
