PANI@ZnS复合物的制备及荧光性能研究

Preparation of PANI@ZnS Quantum Dots Composite Nanomaterials and Its Luminescent Properties

  • 摘要: 采用两步法成功制备聚苯胺包覆硫化锌(PANI@ZnS)量子点复合纳米材料。首先,在150 ℃水热法条件下制得ZnS量子点;然后,将苯胺单体分散在ZnS量子点溶液中,原位聚合形成PANI@ZnS量子点复合纳米材料。所得的产物分别用X射线衍射法(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、红外光谱仪(IR)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)等进行了表征。产物的荧光测试显示:PANI@ZnS复合量子点的发光峰相对于ZnS量子点的发光峰变宽,且其发射光谱的频率有明显的蓝移。

     

    Abstract: PANI@ZnS quantum dots composite materials were prepared by two steps.First,ZnS quantum dots were synthesized by hydrothermal method at a constant temperature of 150℃,and then PANI@ZnS composite quantum dots were obtained with the in situ polymerization of aniline.The products were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD),ultraviolet-visible spectra (UV-vis),infrared spectra (IR),Raman spectra (Raman),transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The PL patterns show that the PANI@ZnS peaks are broaden compared to the ZnS peak and exist the clearly blue shift.
