基于谐振腔微扰理论的电介质测量创新实验设计

Design of Innovative Experiment of Dielectric Measurement Based on Cavity Perturbation Theory

  • 摘要: 为提高电磁场理论与微波技术课程的教学效果,设计了一个包括设计、仿真、制作和测试环节的创新性微波测量实验项目。基于谐振腔微扰理论和HFSS电磁仿真软件,提出了一种测量电介质材料相对介电常数和损耗角正切的改进型实验装置,并给出了实验方案。实践表明,该实验项目结合软件模拟和实物测量,形象生动、易于掌握,满足了教学和科研需要。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the teaching effect of electromagnetic theory and microwave technology courses, an innovative microwave experiment project including design, simulation, fabrication and measurement has been presented. The improved experiment device for measuring the dielectric material relative permittivity and loss tangent has been proposed based on resonant cavity perturbation theory and HFSS electromagnetic simulation software. The experiment scheme has been given. Practice shows that the experiment project with software simulation and actual measurement is vivid and easy to master, which meets the needs of teaching and research.
