带传动虚拟实验教学平台的研究与构建

  • 摘要: 传统的带传动实验以仪器设备操作为主,人工测试不但动态特性差而且精度低。该文综合运用计算机网络、虚拟仪器等先进技术,构建了带传动性能测试虚拟实验教学平台,通过带传动虚拟实验人机交互界面,准确地测定了带传动的滑差率和传动效率,实验结果与带传动的实际工况相符。虚拟实验为远程教育的发展打下了坚实的基础。

     

    Abstract: The traditional belt drive experiment is focused on equipment operation.The manual test results have poor dynamic characteristics and low accuracy.By utilizing the man-machine interface of virtual experiment,the slippage rate and the transmission efficiency are measured accurately,and the result curve is consistent with the actual working conditions.Visual experiment lays a solid foundation for distance education.
