研究型化学实验在教学实践中的探索

Exploration on Research Type Chemical Experiment in Teaching Practice

  • 摘要: 从实验教师的角度出发,结合研究型化学实验的开展条件及自主学习等独有特点,探讨了如何能够组织好该课程的教学工作;并以实验课题“番茄红素和β-胡萝卜素的提取及含量测定”为例,从实验方案的初步制定、实施过程、结果表达、考核方式等方面,讨论了怎样有效开展研究型实验;最后,在教学实践探索中,根据自身的教学体会,指出为实现研究型化学实验的教学目标而努力的方向。

     

    Abstract: From the perspective of an experimental teacher,this paper discussed how to successfully organize the activity of research type chemical experimental teaching,combined with its conditions and unique features such as active learning.Taking the experiment of “extraction and content determination of lycopene and β-carotene” for example,this paper also discussed how to effectively carry out a research type experiment,from four aspects: preliminary establishment of the experiment scheme,implementation process,results expression and the evaluation mode.Finally,according to the teaching experience during the exploration,the direction of efforts is pointed out,aiming at realizing the teaching objective of research type chemical experiment.
