Abstract: This paper designed a comprehensive experiment for higher vocational students about the preparation and properties aqueous a-alloy die casting release agent. Six kinds of aluminum alloy die casting release agent was prepared with different proportions of compound emulsifier. The mineral oil, used engine oil and polydimethylsiloxane were used as raw materials. The properties of release agent were tested. The training project contact with the actual closely. It is helpful to cultivate students’ practical ability, innovation ability and practice ability.
