创新设计型生物工程工艺大实验的应用

Application of Innovative-designing Comprehensive Experiment Lesson of Biological Engineering Major

  • 摘要: 为了提升工艺大实验在生物工程专业中的教学效果,系统强化专业知识,锻炼实践操作能力,同时提高学生的创新意识和创新能力,该文以啤酒酿造工艺大实验为例,探讨创新设计型的新实验教学方案。该方案增加了新产品设计与制作的实验内容,并建立以学生个人展示为主导的考核方式,能够解决一些实验教学中普遍存在的问题,激发学生的学习兴趣和创新意识,是一种具有推广意义的新的实验教学模式。

     

    Abstract: Comprehensive experiment lesson of technology in Biological Engineering Major does not only systematically consolidate the learned knowledge of student and raises them the ability of project operation, but also should cultivate their innovation capability. Its teaching program should be reformed to improve its teaching quality. This paper takes comprehensive experiment lesson of beer brewing technology as example to discuss a new innovative-designing teaching program. In this program, innovative designing of a novel product was added into lesson content and students’ presentation-dependent assessment methods were established. The new teaching program could solve some common teaching problems happened in experiment lessons and arouse students’ learning interest and innovation consciousness. The reformed teaching program could be widely applied.
