Abstract: The construction of experiment teaching materials is the key point to experiment teaching. In order to further strengthen the construction of teaching materials and promote the improvement of teaching quality, this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems of unclear thinking, unique features, innovation is not enough and the monitoring is not strict existing in construction of food chemistry experiment teaching materials in local colleges. Simultaneously, we also discuss the ways to strengthen the construction of teaching materials under the new situation from the teaching material construction idea, system planning, research and exchange, management and monitoring, etc.
