Abstract: MOOCs (massive open online courses) as a new education mode, which has brought the world a brand-new education revolution. It is great significant to the colleges and universityies lab teaching and management under the social transformation background. In order to adapt to the requirement of times development, management of lab teaching work must keep pace with the times. Through setting up the new concept of talent training, building a good team of experiment teaching, changing experiment teaching and management mode, we are going to explore the new Chinese characteristics mode of experiment teaching and management under the background of MOOCs.
