蓄能材料制备与测试实验台研究

Research of Preparation and Measurement Test Bench of Energy Storage Materials

  • 摘要: 提供了一种蓄能材料的制备与测试实验台,并介绍了实验台的工作原理。基于所搭建的实验台,对有无超声波作用时样品的结晶过程进行微观观测及降温过程中的温度变化进行对比分析。发现超声波可以降低水的过冷度,使过冷水提前形成晶核,缩短整个样品的结冰时间;超声波不仅可以降低水的结晶过冷度,而且可以有效地细化晶粒。

     

    Abstract: This paper provided a preparation and measurement platform of energy storage materials, and described the working principle of the experiment station. Based on the experiment platform, we can microscopically observe the crystallization process of the sample under ultrasonic or not, and analyze the temperature of the sample during cooling process. It is found that ultrasonic can reduce the degree of supercooling of water, make the supercooled water formation of crystal nucleus in advance, shorten the freezing time of samples. The experiment results show that ultrasonic can not only lower the crystallization degree of supercooling of water, but also effectively refine the grain size.
