促进可逆反应正向进行的化学实验装置的研制

  • 摘要: 应用勒夏特列原理,结合有机化学实验中的“乙酸乙酯的制备”经典实验,介绍了一种可以有效促进可逆反应正向进行的化学反应实验装置。该装置参考了工业化生产乙酸乙酯的反应精馏法,设置有分馏、分水反流等器件,反应生成的酯和水能不断蒸出体系,从而促进平衡向生成产物的方向移动。实践应用表明,利用该装置制得的乙酸乙酯产品杂质少,后续精制容易,产率更高。该装置的教学应用使学生能更好地理论联系实际,进一步掌握化学平衡知识,有利于提高实验教学的效果。

     

    Abstract: The chemical experiment device which can promote the reversible reaction has been introduced that combined with the preparative experiment of acetidin by the Le chateliers principle. The device referenced the industrial production method-reaction distillation method. It includes the dephlegmator, water separator, reflux device, and so on. The ester and the water can be steamed out of the system continuously, so it can promote the balance. Through the practice application, the product is less impurity, the subsequent refined is easy, the yield is higher. The experiment teaching effect is improved by the use of the device.
