酸碱滴定法测药物中间体二氰基胍己烷的含量

Determination of the Content of Drug Intermediates 1,6-Di (N3-cyano-N1-guanidino) Hexane by Acid-base Titration

  • 摘要: 根据氰基水解的性质及酸碱滴定法的基本原理,采用碱性过氧化氢法,浓缩过量的碱液,用硫酸标准溶液滴定过量的碱液,建立起一种酸碱滴定法测定药物中间体二氰基胍己烷的含量。考察了加热时间和玻璃珠个数的影响,结果表明,加热时间为1.5 h和玻璃珠颗数为2时,对4个未知样品分析,满足滴定分析的要求。与高效液相色谱法进行比较研究,结果表明,两种分析方法的结果一致。

     

    Abstract: According to the nature of cyano hydrolysis and the basic principles of acid-base titration, a acid-base titration method is established for the determination of the content of drug intermediates 1, 6-Di(N3-cyano-N1-guanidino) hexane by an alkaline hydrogen peroxide procedure using a sulfuric acid standard solution to titrate the excess lye. The effects of heating time and the number of glass beads were investigated. The results show that the best experiment conditions are 1.5 hours of heating time and the using of two glass beads. The method is applied to determine four unknown samples with satisfactory results. The results are consistent with high performance liquid chromatography.
