An Attempt of DIY Teaching Mode in Spectrometer Experiment

  • 摘要: 为有效解决分光计实验教学中存在的问题,进行了DIY实验模式的探索。以任务的形式让学生提前进行分光计改进研究,鼓励学生综合应用各种技术手段,在“做中学,学中做”;再用自制的辅助装置进行相关的实验,并交流评比,很好地调动了学生的积极性,取得了较好的教学效果。研制的内置式激光辅助调节装置及基于USB摄像头的数字化辅助观测系统具有制作简单、现象直观的特点,可很好地解决分光计调节及演示讲解的困难,有着很好的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: To overcome the problems in spectrometer experiments, an attempt of DIY teaching mode is employed. It is carried out as follows: Firstly, an assignment of improvement is given to students in advance, encouraging them to use different techniques, “Learning by doing, doing by learning”; Then, the students should do the experiment with auxiliary unit made by themselves, accompanying with some activities of communications and appraisals. Actually, enthusiasm of students and results in teaching are all greatly improved in this way. It is worth to recommending that built-in laser auxiliary unit and USB camera auxiliary observation system, which has the advantages of convenient fabrication and intuitive phenomenon, can improve adjustment and demonstration of spectrometer experiments well.
