电动自行车调速控制实验系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Electric Bicycle Speed Regulation Experiment System

  • 摘要: 为了提高学生设计、开发测控系统的能力和水平,基于虚拟仪器技术,采用霍尔传感器实验模块,设计完成了电动自行车调速控制实验系统。除了虚拟仪器软硬件平台外,该系统由开关型霍尔元件、线性霍尔元件及其附件、直流电机及其控制电路3部分组成,能够模拟电动自行车调速控制过程,实时采集、分析并显示调速过程的各种数据信息。实验结果表明,“所见即所得”的虚拟仪器技术在实验教学中可以很好地将虚拟实验和真实实验有机地结合起来,使学生掌握先进、高效的实验手段,符合高技能人才的培养需要,也是教学模式创新的有益探索与实践。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the students’ capability and level to design and develop control systems, based on virtual instrument technology, using designed Hall sensors experiment module, completed the design of electric bicycle speed regulation experimental system. In addition to the virtual instrument software and hardware platform, the system consists of three parts: switch Hall element, linear Hall element and its annex, the DC motor and its control circuit, capable of simulating the electric bicycle speed regulation process, real-time acquisition, analysis and displays various data speed process. The experimental results show that the virtual instrument technology in the experiment teaching can combine the virtual and real experiment, and make the students master the advanced and efficient experimental method, which is in accordance with the training needs of high skilled personnel, and is also a useful exploration and practice of teaching mode innovation.
