Research on Testing Uncertainty in the Experiment

  • 摘要: 文中介绍了测量不确定度概念从产生到评定方法取得国际化统一的发展历程,给出了有关测量不确定度的国内外技术规范,对比给出了不确定度、误差、准确度和精确度几个概念的定义,并简要分析了它们之间的关系。在此基础上,给出了不确定度的A类和B类两种评定方法,并重点归纳了A类评定方法的具体步骤。最后,总结了不确定度的六个具体评定步骤:建立数学评定模型、求最佳估计值、标准不确定度分量的计算、标准不确定度的合成、扩展不确定度的求解、提供最终不确定度报告。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the concept of measurement uncertainty to its assessment method to achieve the development of national unity.It points out the uncertainty of measurement involves the technical specifications at home and abroad, given the uncertainty, the definition of error, accuracy and precision of several concepts and analysis of their relationship.Then, two methods of evaluation of uncertainty are given, they are a kind of evaluation method and class B evaluation method, especially summarizes the concrete steps of Class A evaluation method.Finally, it summarizes the six specific evaluation steps of uncertainty: Mathematical evaluation model is set up; Strives for the best estimate; Standard uncertainty components; Synthetic standard uncertainty.Finally, the expanded uncertainty put forward the report of uncertainty.
