Abstract: Cultivating engineering applied talents is the goal. The development features of practical talented and the main problems in the process are analyzed, the resolution schemes are discussed and the implement schemes are raised. Our school has gained a great achievement on the development of talented and made it become the unique feature of our school by using and reforming effectively the scheme.
