Abstract: The main purpose of “Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers” is to cultivate outstanding engineers with engineering innovative and practice ability. According to the characteristics and problems existing in single chip microcomputer related course,the theory teaching, practice teaching and evaluation method are reformed. Practice shows that the reform has achieved initial effect.
