Abstract: Microbiology is oriented to biological engineering in colleges and universities students basic specialized required course. It is a theoretical and practical course. With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, the traditional teaching concept, teaching method and teaching mode can not fully meet the demand of the new age, thus it should be reformed.
