Abstract: In the university a platform-sharing laboratory, assembled a large number of resources of valuable experimental equipment, plays an important role in the construction and development of the higher education.It needs a professional management team.There are a director and his other members who constituted faculties, scientists and a worker in the identity.It is necessary for the qualification and reasonable assessment to them in order to stable team and run smoothly to play the power of the platform-sharing laboratory.Of course it will promote teaching and research, attract and train talents.
