Abstract: The construction of technical team in university field station is very important for the development of the laboratory. From the main problems in the construction of lab technical team in Tiantong National Station, we put forward the building ideas for strengthening experiment team construction, considering for the particularity of the field base. Through innovation and heritage of personnel expansion, strengthening laboratory technicians service levels, improve promotion and reward evaluation mechanisms and other initiatives to improve the professional well-being of laboratory technicians, and promote the optimization of the experimental team. Thus, this can full play to the national field station in long observation, scientific research, personnel training, shared services and other aspects of the role.
