高校科研实验室的管理心得体会

Experience of Laboratory Management in University Research Lab

  • 摘要: 近年来高校科研实验室建设发展迅速,以组建科研团队的形式开展教学科研工作,已经成为高校普遍采取的有效形式。因此,高校科研实验室的管理对于保障正常高效运行显得尤为重要。该文根据6年管理科研实验室的经验,从实验室人员管理、实验室安全管理、实验室仪器使用管理、实验室信息管理以及实验材料管理5个方面阐述工作中的心得体会。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the construction of university research laboratories in the form of setting up research teams to carry out teaching and research work develop rapidly, which has become an effective form that colleges generally taken. Therefore, the management of university research laboratory for protection of the normal and efficient operation is very important. Author explain her own feelings and experiences in research laboratories based on six years of management experience from five points including laboratory personnel management, laboratory safety management, laboratory instrument management, laboratory information management and materials managements.
