Abstract:
In recent years, the construction of university research laboratories in the form of setting up research teams to carry out teaching and research work develop rapidly, which has become an effective form that colleges generally taken. Therefore, the management of university research laboratory for protection of the normal and efficient operation is very important. Author explain her own feelings and experiences in research laboratories based on six years of management experience from five points including laboratory personnel management, laboratory safety management, laboratory instrument management, laboratory information management and materials managements.
