Development of Small Stainless Steel Steam Distillation Apparatus and Its Application in Experiment Teaching

摘要: 该文阐述了自制小型不锈钢水蒸气蒸馏装置的必要性和意义，介绍了研制过程及其在教学中的应用。实践表明自制设备在培养学生动手能力与科研思维，增强学生的工程知识学习，改善实验条件和提高实验教学水平等方面具有积极作用。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the necessity and application, during the teaching of homemade small stainless steel steam distillation apparatus and its research and development process. It would have a positive effect on improving the experimental conditions and teaching level so as to help students study the engineering knowledge, and also, cultivate the operation ability and scientific thoughts.
