比较教学法在蛋品质测定实验中的应用

Research and Application of Comparative Teaching Method in the Experimentation of Egg Quality Mensuration

  • 摘要: 研究了比较教学法在蛋品测定实验中的实施过程和效果。通过不同品种鸡蛋的横向比较和两种测定方法的纵向对比分析,不同品种鸡蛋的蛋重、蛋形指数、比重存在显著差异(p0.05)。传统法测定的蛋黄颜色和蛋白高度偏低,但差异不显著(p0.05)。采用比较教学法,学生不仅熟练掌握了实验操作技能,而且进一步完善了相关知识的拓展学习,提高了分析问题能力和发散思维能力,是一种全新的实验教学模式。

     

    Abstract: This paper researched the implementation process and effects of comparative teaching method in the experimentation of egg quality mensuration.Results showed that: through the horizontal comparison of different varieties of eggs and portrait analysis of the two determination methods,between different varieties of eggs,there was significant difference in egg weight,egg shape index and specific gravity(p 0.05).Egg yolk color and albumen height of traditional method were low,but there was insignificant difference(p 0.05).For students,it was not only propitious to master the experimental skills,but also to further improve the extension of learning related knowledge.It is very good to improve the analysis ability and divergent thinking ability.It was a new experimental teaching mode.
