Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of the experiment on induction and identification on autopolyploid,such as material mildew,induced autopolyploid rate low,chromosome staining shallow in cytological identification,production chromosomes not scattered,and so on,we explored a set of best combinatorial methods in pea experiment on chromosomes induction,induced dissociation,dyeing,and production,which can effectively improve the peas autopolyploid experimental preparation and teaching efficiency.
