基于PLC和WinCC的电热锅炉压力监控系统开发
Development of Boiler Pressure Monitor and Control System Based on PLC and WinCC

摘要: 实验室电热锅炉设备开发了以S7-300 PLC为控制器、以WinCC为组态软件的锅炉压力监控系统,作为PLC控制技术课程实践教学的案例。该文构建了PLC控制系统硬件回路,编写了锅炉压力闭环控制PLC程序,完成了上位机监控界面组态。通过实验调试表明,该系统能够将锅炉压力控制在设定值,上位机具有控制系统启停、设置PID参数和锅炉压力、实时显示压力曲线等功能。Abstract: A monitor and control system for boiler pressure is developed,in which a S7-300 programmable logic controller(PLC) is used as the controller and WinCC as the configuration software of the host computer.The developed system will be used as a laboratory teaching case for“PLC control technology”course.The hardware loop is constructed and the PLC program is written for close-loop control of boiler pressure.The monitoring interface for host computer is configured.Experiment debugging results show that the boiler pressure can be regulated at the desired value and the host computer realizes monitoring functions such as controlling system start-stop,setting PID parameters and boiler desired pressure,displaying real-time pressure curve and so forth.
