基于无线传感器网络的轨道交通结构健康监测系统

Structure Health Monitoring Systems Based on Wireless Sensor Networks for Rail Transportation

  • 摘要: 随着使用时间的推移,由于环境荷载的作用、疲劳效应以及腐蚀和材料老化等不利因素的影响,轨道交通中的土木工程和重大基础设施的结构不可避免地会产生损伤积累和抗力衰减。采用应变片采集结构应变信号,利用CC2530模块构建基于ZigBee协议的无线传感器网络,并通过Matlab开发上位机程序,构建结构健康监测系统。在对有机玻璃材料制成的悬臂梁进行测试后发现,通过对应变数据的直接观测可以得到结构当前的荷载状况,实现过载警报识别;通过对应变数据的频域转换可以得到结构振动的固有频率,实现损伤识别。

     

    Abstract: Because of the role of environmental loads,fatigue,corrosion and material aging effects and other unfavorable factors,the structure will inevitably produce damage accumulation and resistance to decay.This study uses the strain gage to acquire the structure signal and uses CC2530 module to build wireless sensor networks based on ZigBee protocol and has developed the computer program by Matlab,in order to build the structural health monitoring system.After testing the cantilever plexiglass material,the current load condition is obtained.Based on these obtained information,an overload alarm and damage identification can be realized by frequency domain conversion and data analysis.
