井下电子压力计标校系统的设计

Design of Downhole Electronic Manometer Calibration System

  • 摘要: 温度漂移限制了高温压力计的精度等级。为此,该文搭建了一套由活塞压力计、高低温箱以及压力传递装置构成的高温高压标校系统。系统通过计算机实现压力计的数据采集,标定曲线的拟合,公式的自动计算,误差分析以及报表打印等功能。温漂校正方式的引入,大大提高了高温高压压力计的精度等级,为推进该类系统的广泛应用奠定了重要基础。

     

    Abstract: It is well known that the temperature drifts limit the accuracy of the high temperature and pressure gauge (HTPG). In this paper,a high temperature and pressure calibration system was designed which is consist of piston manometer,high and low temperature box and pressure transmitting devices. The data collection of pressure gauge,calibration curve fitting,automatic calculation,error analysis and report printing can be accomplished by the system computer. The introduction of temperature drift correction has greatly improved the accuracy of the HTPG,which is an important basis for promoting the wide application of this kind of system.
