Abstract: Practical application of engineering theoretical knowledge and product design is a key in experiment teaching.To construct a platform in professional courses of engineering experiment teaching for industrial design students combining engineering knowledge and product innovative design is significant.According to practical problems in engineering experiment teaching,with the existing base of laboratory equipment and faculty character,the team offers a proposal of constructing a platform of engineering experimental teaching for industrial design based on engineering background.
