Abstract: Combining with the production technology of thick film integrated circuit and characteristics of production practice on campus,we are simplifying the campus production practice and making the students know the differences between the factory production and the campus production practice. Through coming to the relevant electronic factory to make video of production technology and making multimedia courseware,we have added the teaching process about the factory production process and enriched the content of campus production practice.
