Abstract: We take the centralized puchasing mode,break through the traditional puchasing mode,which may result in waste of manpower and material resources.It relies on the consumable materials management system web of Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology and CAS Market,stipulating the procedures,founding the database,optimizing the qualified supplier dynamicly,dual approval and examination.These rigorous procedure aviods the puchasing adventure,at the same time,puchasing in bulk reduces the cost,we also retrospect every order procedure,which attributes to monitoring the whole procedure.The puchasing center is the powderful support force for the whole institute.
