Abstract: This paper discusses on project management specific to laboratory constructions in universities,compare factors that differentiate the construction management of university laboratory from general engineering constructions.By identifying and analyzing the problems whereby a general engineering construction management is applied to university laboratory projects.Aiming at the systematicness,sustainability and diversityfacig objeetives of laboratory construcfion poject,as well as the particutarity of organization structure of poject members,one provides the solution sloviy prodems.
